Private Flights: $595.00/Couple
(The two of you & the pilot are the only people in the basket.)

Adults: $185.00 /per person
Jr. Adults: $125 / per Child (10 to 15 years old)
Children 9 & Under: Free (with full paying adult)

(We do not recommend a balloon flight for kids under the age of 5. Only one child free per paying adult. Additional children will be charged at the Jr. Adult price.)

Group Rates: By Quote
(We don't fly balloons any larger than will hold 4 to 6 passengers, however if you have a large group we will fly multiple balloons to accommodate your group size.)

Note: Local hotel pick up is available. (add $15.00 per Adult)
Florida sales tax is not included in pricing.
Baby Sitting Service: Sunshine Babysitting has a comprehensive register of sitters that offer guests access to a fully checked babysitter at ANY TIME OF YEAR within as little as 2 hours notice. Call Cheryl at 888-609-8979.

Reservations:
Reservations are required and we recommend at least a 2 weeks notice to book your hot air balloon flight,
(please remember the weekends fill up first). Black Sheep Balloons accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, or Cash.

After your reservation is confirmed, please remember the following tips:
- Call the night before your scheduled flight to confirm that the flight is still a 'go".
- Even though we are in 'sunny" Florida, be sure to bring a jacket for the early morning's cooler air.
- Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that you don't mind getting dirty or damp. (Since we're in the hands of Mother Nature, we're never sure where we're going to land. Jeans and tennis shoes or rugged boots are recommended.)
- If you or anyone in your party has any type of handicaps or physical limitations, please be sure to notify us in advance so we can make any special arrangements that may be necessary for the passenger.
- Since weight is an extremely important factor in flying a hot air balloon, we may at any given time, require that you give us your weight.
- No alcohol is permitted in flight, nor do we allow intoxicated passengers to fly at any time.
- No smoking is allowed in or near the hot air balloon at anytime.
- Bring you camera and lots of film! You'll want to get lots of pictures during your adventure.
- Please note that Black Sheep Balloons is not responsible for any of your personal belongings at any time during your adventure.
- RELAX and ENJOY your flight.
Flight Amenities Include:
- A traditional Champagne Toast - We talk about ballooning, how it started and why we drink champagne after each flight.
- After Flight Celebration - which includes cheese & crackers, fresh cut fruit & pastries and many other goodies.
- A 'First Flight" certificate to commemorate your flight.
Gift Certificates:
- Gift Certificates are available for that special someone that has everything, and are good for 1 year from date of purchase. They are non-refundable. Gift certificates are good for one passenger only unless otherwise noted and must be presented at the time of flight. Gift Certificate holders fall under the same cancellation policies of Black Sheep Balloons.
Hot Air Balloon Policy's:
- Up to 6 passengers per flight (minimum of two passengers to fly)
- Passengers must be a minimum of 40” tall & weight limit of 275 lbs. each without prior notification.
- Launching time varies depending upon the season and daylight savings.
- Experience is approx. 3.5 hours, including travel time, inflation/deflation & return travel
- Pilot will confirm flight time & weather the evening prior to flight date between 7:00 & 8:30 pm
- In the event of inclement flying conditions, each passenger will reschedule for their next available date.
- A cancellation fee may apply should you cancel your flight. (See Cancellation Policy's)

Space is limited and flights are weather permitting so book your flight in advance!
